CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Would establish and recommend the sales target for the company.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION

  • Would be responsible for managing the major accounts for the company.
  • Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
  • Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations & technical team for demos.
  • Determine, advice and close software sales agreements with sales team.
  • Present proposals on potential client’s needs.
  • Present quotes and suggest solutions on client’s needs.
  • Assist sales through calls and web based presentations.
  • Manage industries competitive knowledge to leverage sales cycle.
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.
  • Would be responsible for the monthly assessments of sales team productivity.
  • Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Develop sales strategies to improve branding of the company world wide.

QUALIFICATION

  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience in IT- Software sector.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market related information.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
