We are hiring Candidates who would be a part of Pre Sales team, responsible for tele-calling, lead generation and appointment setting with the prospective clients.

Job Description

  • Appointments setting, lead generation, prospecting for new clients by contacting potential clients discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Using the information provided and follow the instructions to perform the specified role.
  • Would be the first tier involved in Lead verification/scrubbing.
  • The Pre Sales Executive will consult with decision makers about their technology requirements. Must be able to handle all aspects of the Pre sales process, i.e identifying target clients, analyzing a company’s needs, showcasing our expertise and value proposition and explaining advantages & setting appointments with our sales team for closing the sale.

Responsibilities include

  • Interaction with the assigned leads.
  • Involves interaction with overseas prospecting clients & rapport building.
  • Involves scheduling specified appointments from the leads provided,which includes arranging in-person or phone meetings, speaking with potential customers & understanding their specific software/Application related requirements.
  • Invloves up selling to the existing clients.
  • Weekly reports summarizing prospects, appointments, and schedule (use of CRM software may assist with this.)

Desired Qualification & Experience

  • Must have B2B company experience.
  • 1+ years experience selling products, software product or services to the North American Market is required.
  • Experience with lead pre-qualification, list management
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Neutral Accent with experience in Telemarketing/Tele-calls & Lead generation is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and ability to learn new skills with training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • A strong work ethic, self-disciplined and self-motivated.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with a zeal in sales.
  • BBA/Degree in Literature/Communicative English.
